Hello,
I’m currently working on integrating the PayPal Subscriptions API for my app, and I have a few questions about features I couldn’t find in the REST API documentation.
Applying Discounts: How can I define discounts for a subscription plan during the creation process? Is there a way to set up promotional offers, such as discounts for the first few months?
Upgrading Subscriptions: I would like to provide users with the option to upgrade their subscription to a higher plan. Is there any specific endpoint or workflow that supports seamless subscription upgrades?
Pro-Rating Subscription Days: When a user upgrades to a different plan, I’d like to account for the remaining days of their current subscription. How can I implement a pro-rata calculation for unused days and apply it to the new plan?
I’ve looked through the REST API documentation but haven’t found clear answers to these. Any guidance or example implementations would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance for your help.
