Missing some Webhooks in Production / Dashboard

Hello,

since few day we missed some notifications for get payment with our recurring payments. For sample, yesterday from 14 payments we received 10 notifications, 4 not. We also cannot see the missing notifications in developer dashboard. We only received the mail notifications.

any can help us ?

We are having exactly the same problem. This is quite urgent.

We are having the exact same problem. Randomly some subscription payments are not triggering any webhook at all.

This is a serious problem because it will cause a miss match on the tax invoices that we generate and the actual income.

I hope PayPal fixes this fast.

we received message that paypal work on this case. Hope the best, next week new month start and is not good to write the customer receipts to wrong month.
