Mercant Country Not Supported

I am facing an issue of "mercant country not supported" for my business account that I have credentials. Can some one advice me what to do?

What type of payment are you trying to do, card, PayPal? What country is your account? 

If you're trying to process card payments through PayPal, then the account must be either UK, US or Canada. Other countries cannot process straight card payments through PayPal.
