We have insert to our Payment system PayPal payment with API, now we receive errore message: The merchant country is not supported. What it means and how we can open it for all countries.
We tried several times to receive support from PaypLA support but now we are waiting more than one week for an response its only **bleep**, i never see so a bad support before.
Looks like you are trying to use the Card Payment API right? This is only available to merchants in the US, Canada and the UK at the moment. Where is your PayPal account based?
