Is it possible to use a saved card (saved payment method) to create a subscription?

I was able to successfully test out the save card flow using this, https://developer.paypal.com/docs/checkout/save-payment-methods/purchase-later/js-sdk/cards/  but I can't find how to use that saved card to create a subscription in any of the documentations. Is that currently possible?
