Disable Secret Key for REST API

Hi,

 

Seems like others have had issues with this too (https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Access-and-security/How-do-I-disable-my-security-key/m-p/1152207)

 

When I click to disable one of my two secret keys, nothing happens instantly in the browser, nor after a day of waiting.

 

How can I disable/delete an API secret key?
