Seller does not accept payment in your currency

I integrate the PayPal payment gateway in my Android application using REST API.

While I used to test payment using PayPal sandbox credentials ( Client Id, Client Secret ) from my PayPal Personal account to my Sandbox account, 

The base URL for the sandbox is : 

https://api-m.sandbox.paypal.com/

It will be redirected to the "Continue" button page but after that immediately redirects to the Error page and the error is... 

"We're sorry. This seller does not accept payments in your currency.

Please return to the seller and choose another way to pay."

How do I resolve this issue?

What currency are you trying to accept?

You can only do international transactions in your country, not domestic ones.

A Primary currency is USD, and I also passed USD from My Android application Request. even though it will give me above error message regarding to currency.
