I have created a course on yescourse.com. I have setup paypal for payment with them. Their end is automated and all I have to do is enter my email address for paypal. People are signing up and the payments are being immediately refund. The other company says they have hundreds of transactions completing normally, but they are sending to tech. Is this a paypal issue. The charge goes through, and then they are immediately refunded.
