Can I use PayPal APIs to access my order and/or payment data as a buyer?

Hi, as a buyer am I able to access my own payment and/or order data through webhooks/REST APIs? The docs seem to assume interest as a seller but are not explicit.

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

Unfortunately, as a buyer, you will not be able to access the Rest API and webhooks to retrieve the details of your Order or Payment data. These features are designed specifically for sellers/business accounts.

Hi, thanks for your reply. To clarify, I am the holder of a business account. If I make purchases through my business account, do I have access to my purchase data through the APIs?
