how to get back my shipping fee

Hi i returned a bum scooter which the seller sent me, advertise a electric scooter and sent me a manuel scooter. I had to return the scooter,(such a ripoff ) it cost me $274+, Since then, i have gotten my refund 3 months later for the item, Now the challenge is to get back my shipping fee i paid to return the item back to CHINA. Can anyone help as to how to obtain this uphill battle to get my $$$ back for the return fee. Would really appreciate someones help.

Will i ever see this money back? , hec ya i a fighter.

If so click on the transaction and claim it at the bottom of that details page.

Unfortunately they can't force a seller in another country to return your return postage fee.
