I received my PayPal business debit MasterCard approximately two weeks ago. Today I got a new PayPal business debit card that I did not request in the mail with a note that said the following: “ We are replacing your recently issued PayPal business debit MasterCard due to technical issues that occurred during the card creation process. Please activate your new replacement debit card accompanying this notice in properly dispose of the card we previously sent you.” I’m skeptical. Can someone please explain this since I can’t find Any information whatsoever about Paypal just sending new random debit cards out without an email and notice of something other than what came with the card I’m a little leery to activate it.
