How to get the PayPal Cash Card Debit Mastercard?

I just can't seem to find how to start using the account type that can allow me to get the PayPal Cash Card Debit Mastercard.  Then, of course, I would like to get the debit card.  I have a personal account, now.  I use this for a hobby that might be considered a small business (extremely small).  So, I have been debating upgrading to a business account.  I just worry that updating to a business account would change something, or the way something works, in a way that I didn't expect.  I love the way things work, right now.  I could just really benefit from having a debit card tied to my Paypal account balance.  I understand that I need a "PayPal Cash Plus", but I can't seem to find where I set that up.  I currently have a balance.  I just would like to be able to make purchases with a debit card to use funds in my balance.

This question seems pretty straightforward and I can assist you with this.

Please visit this page to get your PayPal cash card:

https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/cash-card

You'll be asked to confirm, at the very least, your SSN, DOB, Name and Billing address.

With a business account, you get access to more seller tools and selling settings that the personal account does not have but when setting up your business info settings; for "business type" I recommend selecting "Individual" since you're a casual to small seller. And the business debit card has a 1% cashback deal, if that interest you.

Upgrade to a business account:

PayPal Business Debit MasterCard:

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Thank you all so much for your help and feedback!  Because of your help, I was able to find where to request the PayPal Cash Plus card, without needing to change anything else about my account.  I think PayPal would do better by making the Cash and Cash Plus cards easier to request.  One really has to go digging around to find where to request the debit/credit card.  Requesting a card makes it so much more viable to use PayPal as the primary bank account for businesses, hobbusinesses (hobby businesses), or personal use!  For those that don't know, requesting one of the debit/credit cards unlocks the account info to be able to use your PayPal account for direct deposit and other uses that require an AMA Bank Routing Number and checking account number.  Some direct deposit, automatic bank draft, and other similar uses require a physical address to be specified for the bank account being used.  Requesting one of the cards prompts PayPal to provide a Wells Fargo physical bank address for your account.  My hobbusiness is slowly evolving into a business, and it is very nice to have a bank that can evolve at the same pace.  So many business products and services have no middle-ground for hobby businesses, or for a hobby that is growing into a business.  The pace of these evolutions can vary so greatly from person to person, or business to business.  It was nice to have options that don't force people to move to a business product or service that is targeted towards bigger businesses, even moreso when those larger business options start costing amounts and investments that make it difficult for a hobby that is evolving into a very small business.  Especially, before it is known whether it might be worth investing more money into further development of that hobby venture into a business.

Thank you all, once again!
