Unable to transfer money to my bank account

I've been unable to transfer money into my bank account.  I've never had a problem before.  Now, I get an error message saying "sorry about that . We can't complete this for you right now".  I've tried again and again for three days and get the same response.  I have been unable to reach PayPal support.  I sent an email to them but they say there's a long wait due to COVID 19 issues.  I'm frantic.  I have bills to pay and I've got a chunk of money that I can't access.  What do I do?  There's no one I can talk with.  When this is resolved, I'm closing my PayPal account.  I don't need the hassle and I don't need the extra cost for a service that doesn't always work.
