Do pending transactions on a Paypal Debit MasterCard count against available balance? I login and see that I have over $100 in pending transactions from using my Paypal debit card, and then I also see my Paypal balance for my account. Have those pending transactions already been deducted from the Paypal balance? Thanks.
It should as those are temporary authorizations and deducted from balance available to merchant at least 3 days, then after that funds may not be guaranteed to merchant and they may have to reauthorize on their end. At least that's my experience.
