Pay pal debit card

The pay pal debit card does it use the credit line balance I already have? If my credit limit is $200 and I get the debit card I can use the $200 wherever the MasterCard logo is accepted? Or is this a pre paid debit card and I have to add funds to it?

PayPal cash MasterCard. Every time I log onto my PayPal account with the app on my phone I get the message to request my card.

PAypal cash card taps your cash in your PAYPAL account,if you don't have cash ,then it would not work.

it is not linked to your Paypal credit
