Pay in 4 took money even though I didn't finish transaction

So earlier I was going to buy a product with the pay in 4 options, however I decided to not get the item. It appears that I must have gotten to far in the process with PayPal because they took the money, but I never finished the payment with the seller. How would I go about resolving this and getting my money back?
