Hi guys,
I just lost my PayPal debit card
wondering if they will let me activate my prior card I have back at home?

Unfortunately, this isn't possible.
Here is the PayPal link for reporting the card as lost.

When you receive your new PayPal Business debit card, check your monthly cashback bonus setting to make sure the bonus is activated.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
