Why should pay pal deny my refund for a software for a software purchased that was never even downloaded.

I tried for hours on end without success.

The purchase never gave me anything of value and failed to even work

IS Pay Pay a FRAUD?

I want a refund.

Hi @safetrends

Thank you for communicating through community center.

Since you have been charged for the software that was not downloaded and like to get a refund, you can directly contact the merchant for a refund request. You can see the merchant contact details such as phone number or email under your account activity by selecting the said transaction.

When the dispute has been filed and was not granted, I suggest that you check the emails we've sent you about your case to find out why.

If you do not agree with the decision, you can contact us through our live chat support so someone can help you appeal on the case if needed.

To reach us, you can:

1 Log on to your account.

2. Click HELP at the top menu.

3.Scroll down and click CONTACT US.

4.Scroll down to click EMAIL US or other contact options.

Hope that helps. Take care.

I have tried to rectify the purchase with the seller to no avail.

Trying to get a refund through Pay Pay seems to be impossible.

I can try legal means and social network to help!

Thanks for echoing my frustration with PayPay.

I have tried to rectify the problem with the seller to no avail.

I only have to try Pay Pay to get my money back.

it had been quite trying to get a refund with PayPay in my experience.

Thank you for your response. I understand the frustration. One other thing you can do is to reach out with your bank or card provider for an alternative resolution on your concern.

Regards.
