Fees for Paypal Mastercard

Hello, 

Recently I was looking into getting a Paypal Mastercard but I could not find any specifics about fees that might come with the card. Does the card have a monthly or yearly fee associated with it and how much?

The Cash debit card is no charge and there are no monthly fees. This card is linked directly to your available PayPal Balance.

PayPal Credit and PayPal credit cards are separate products.

Thank you again for the response! I feel as though I am not articulating my question well enough but my question is for the two aforementioned products, are there monthly or yearly fees charged to the user for using either the credit line or credit card.
