pay in 4 payment declined, will it impact credit score?

Hello All

my pay in 4 got declined due to a credit card getting upgraded so I missed the payment by a day (was due 1/18 but paid 1/19) will this impact my credit score in any way?

This preapproval is not a guarantee of approval and certain conditions as disclosed in the application apply. For privacy reasons, only you can see why your application was declined. You were shown a reason within the application decision that should have provided information.
