not be eligible for the £25 reward scheme?

Hi. I just wondered if anyone knew why it would say I am not eligible for the latest £25 rewards promotion? I don't understand why I wouldn't be 🤷🏻 has anyone else had this issue? Thanks Janie

So this is legit? I got the original email with the offer, but must have deleted it, although I did register at the time. Didn’t think much more about it, but I do use PayPal a lot anyway and must have hit the required criteria for the offer. Got an email this morning from PayPal…at least I assume it was…saying I had got my £25, but there is no sign of it on my account. Don’t know what to make of it. I did email PayPal about the original offer, but got no response, and can find nothing on the app, nor much online about any offer.

I understand your concern about the £25 reward. In general, if your account is eligible for the promotion, you should have received a notification inviting you to take advantage of it. the Terms and Conditions would have been at the bottom of the promotion, stating what steps that needs to be taken in order to be eligible. Once you redeem the offer you should see the rewards within some weeks. Only through the email you should be able to claim this offer.

I also joined the £25 reward deal, made the required number of purchases, and in fact made more than required, but to date I still haven’t received the £25 reward. Appreciate it if someone from paypal can help to respond how long it takes to actually receive the £25 reward?

I’m not sure how long it took for me to get the reward, maybe two or three weeks, but I did get it, and it was much appreciated.

I understand that you are expecting a reward of £25 from the promotion. Generally, the rewards are credited to your account within 7 - 10 business days. If it's been more than expected time frame, I would recommend contacting PayPal Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website so that our representatives can look in and help you accordingly. You can contact the team by clicking the "Contact us" option at the bottom of PayPal page. Support is also available through Facebook by sending PM, Twitter and Instagram on DM.
