£25 wallet reward - more than required transactions with no confirmation after 16 days of reward/pending reward. I received confirmation on the 28th November that I was eligible for the £25 wallet reward for 7 transactions between 14/11-24/11. Between November 16th and 29th I made 9 transactions of £10+ and since then heard nothing regarding the reward/payout or if I am even actually enrolled in the scheme.
I called paypal and spent 17 minutes on hold before being passed to an operator that put me on hold for 5 minutes then terminated the call - how long have people been waiting for the reward and did you receive any correspondence before you did?
