Unable to send invoice

I can't send an invoice! After creating one and pressing the send tab, a message appears on the screen as follows: Sorry, we couldn't create your invoice. Please contact our customer service team for any queries. Can anyone help with this, please?

Having the same issue for the past 3 days and all PayPal will say is that they are working on it.

Is anyone else receiving this message when attempting to send an invoice? "Sorry, we couldn't create your invoice. Please contact our customer service team for any queries." I've tried clearing cache, cookies, switching browsers. I send many invoices weekly, this is the first time I've seen this.

I'm having the same issue, I tried using my phone, mobile browser, and my lap top and it isn't working, it's very frustrating!

yes same issue - been having it since Friday 5/5. Apparently others are too and it is an "open issue" with no status update. I called today. Very frustrating. The woman was very nice and apologetic but she just basically said "hopefully it will be fixed today or tomorrow."

I tried to send a customer invoice this morning. I got the same error message several times. I called Paypal and was told I could not be helped. So I set up an account with SQUARE. See ya PP.

Hello,

 

How have you experienced SQUARE invoicing in comparison to PayPal? The PayPal glitch has been fixed, but it leaves me curious about switching over to other payment processors. If you have any info or advice to share, I'd love to hear it!

Your post indicates the glitch is fixed, so I assume your account is creating new invoices OK?    Of 7 invoices I have attempted to send today, only 1 was successful in sending.   The other 6 all saved as drafts, and cannot be sent or updated.

Same here.

I tried a couple of times today to send an invoice but I get the same error message as mentioned above.
