Receiving "Looks like something went wrong. Try again later" with PayPal Invoicing

Hello PayPal Community!
I'm receiving "Looks like something went wrong. Try again later" error message when trying to record an invoice payment + save a duplicated invoice. I tried to do this this across two different web browsers + cleared cache & cookies across both - still getting same error msg. I have done both of these actions before in the past multiple times, without any issue. Do you have any recs on how I might resolve this issue?
