How do i pay prepay my paypal cashback credit card for amounts pending but not yet showing in my account. The screen will only let me pay the current balance.

No such feature. Can only pay on the completed transactions/current balance.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
