Pay in 4: Canceling purchase process

Pay in 4:

Paypal says I cannot cancel purchase...seller refers me back to PayPal as the purchase order was not received.  This hold up has effected my ability to pay/buy the item another way.

I can understand the frustration of being caught between two parties. I'm sorry that you're having that experience. 

 

When an order is placed, the funds are held and the merchant has 30 days to capture the payment. If they do not capture it in that time, the funds are released at that time. If the merchant did not receive the order through some glitch in their order system or anything like that. The funds will release after 30 days has elapsed.
