I'm sorry to hear your PayPal Mobile App doesn't have the option to send or request money. I recommend checking to see if your app needs to be updated. If it's up to date, please clear your App's cache in your phone's app settings. If that doesn't work, you'll want to uninstall and reinstall the App. If you still can't send or request money, please reach out to Customer Support through one of these options.
