Hi! I have a negative balance showing up, the balance is tied to my PayPal Debit card which I have never used. I can't understand what is going on as there is no transaction for that specific sum and as mentioned before, I haven't used their card yet. Using PayPal app on my Apple and Google Chrome browser - same info appears re the balance. Do you know PayPal contacts with real people, not their AI chat which is useless in my case? Thank you!
