Invoicing multiple recipients not working

Changes made by PayPal to the creation of invoices is a backward step and is not working as it should.

Example:
Create an invoice and send to multiple recipients (4 recipients).

The only invoice showing as having been created and sent is for Recipient 1.  There is only one invoice number listed, e.g. 0269.

It appears that recipients 1, 2, 3 & 4 all received the invoice.

When the first of those recipients (e,g, Recipient 2) pays their invoice, invoice 0269 is marked as "paid".

I am still waiting to see what happens when Recipients 1, 3 & 4 pay their invoice.

Not happy!

Did you ever find a solution to this? I'm going to have to look for a different company to invoice through if there is no solution. Doesn't make any sense why Paypal would take a step backwards and take away the ability to send a separate invoice to multiple customers at the same time.

No, PayPal were less than helpful.  I got a wishy-washy response from Merchant Technical Support who who said they tested it and, yes, the number of invoices created is not correct.  Nothing else.  They told me to contact Customer Service, but I couldn't be bothered.  I only have to do this once a year for about 30 recipients so just do then individually.  Good luck.
