How to use paypal offer

hello! so today i was using payhip to pay someone for a service, they had a paypal methodso i bought it and because in the offers section and in the community people said if u buy something with paypal it will gedt used. I check and it is not used at all and it comes out of my balance.

Do any of you know why

I'm sorry to hear that a PayPal Offer wasn't used when you checked out through PayPal. If the Offer was a coupon, you may have received a discount and then had to pay for the rest using your PayPal balance or another payment method. You should be able to check your email receipt to see if it was applied. If you don't see that it was applied, feel free to reach out to Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of our PayPal website.
