How to split payments like beatstars

Hello

I have a question, I am designing a multi user website in which several users can sell and the web will keep only a % of that sale and I want to put a payment method as Beatstar currently has.

The payment method I'm looking for and the solution is that when I buy something when I sell the payments are divided and that the web I'm creating will keep a % instantly, and that the splits are instantly for the seller.
