Hello. I sell music beats through the site beatstars.com.
When a user buys a bit from me there and pays for it using PayPal, PayPal offers me to mark the payment as shipped and add a tracking number and delivery service. But the bottom line is that the beatstars.com website automatically sends the music bit to the buyer. I can't choose the delivery service and tracking number on PayPal.

Therefore, I do not understand how to indicate among the payments that the goods (music) have already been sent to the buyer. Because it is impossible to send it by a physical delivery service and create a tracking number. After all, this is an electronic product that cannot be touched with hands.

And if I don't indicate that the goods have been shipped, Pay Pal will freeze the funds in my account. There was already such a situation. Therefore, I want to figure out in advance what to do in such a case. Previously, there was a checkmark "send without tracking number". But now it is gone.
