Is it possible to set up a customer list in Paypal without having to go through the "customer loyalty" procedure, i.e. without getting approval from the customer? All I'm trying to do is to set up a customer list so that I can monitor who is a new customer and who is a returning customer. We're a small operation, a camera club, and we don't have a huge cash flow.
