Didn't get first card ordered another and one card came yesterday but says it not the right one

I ordered a prepaid mastercard and never received it. So they sent me another one which I received yesterday. Tried to put it on my account and it says I can't. Im thinking maybe this card must be the first one that PayPal sent me!

I understand your concern about the Prepaid Mastercard. Your PayPal Card will arrive in the mail 7-10 days after you request it. We’ll send the card to the address you entered and confirmed in your application. It’ll arrive in a white PayPal-branded envelope. If you haven't received your card after 4 weeks, you should have canceled it and then should have requested a new one. Since you feel that you have received the first card, please reach out to our customer support team through the available contact options on our website so that our advisors can help you with what next to be done or contact the number that is mentioned on the other side of the card if mentioned.
