Cannot specify currency in payment request in mobile app

When I "Requets Money" from desktop browser, I can specify currency by choosing from the list.

 

However in iOS app, I don't seem to be able to change the default PLN to currency I need. I don't believe it is expected to work like this. I wonder if there are any workarounds?

I'm sorry you're unable to specify currency when creating a money request on the PayPal Mobile App. I recommend ensuring your PayPal Mobile App is up to date. It may also help to clear the App's cache in your phone's App Settings. If you're still unable to change the currency, please reach out to Customer Support through one of these options, as a ticket may need to be submitted for further investigation.
