Australia charity business account

I'm trying to set up charity business account for my australian charity. It's requesting US information, I don't have EIN, and I don't have a US address (address here must be a US address)

Looks as though you may have opened a U.S registered paypal account by mistake.

Click on settings and see what it says next to nationality.
