Please take a look at this Help Center article for troubleshooting the Zettle Card reader. If the problem is not resolved by what's listed there, you can contact Customer Service by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website or by Private Direct Message on one of our social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter.
I hope this is already resolved, or can be resolved quickly with the information shared here.
