When downloading a power of attorney document, the application keeps saying something went wrong

I'm trying to send business credit application, but it keeps asking me a Power of Attorney document (although I'm the sole person with a signing right). I try to add the POW document to the application, but it gives me all the time "something went wrong". How can I get the application sent?
