I see you're facing issues accepting donations. In order to accept donations make sure you have enabled the Donate button on your PayPal account. Also, refer to the instructions mentioned in the Article to find all the details about accepting a donation through PayPal. If you still face issues, contact PayPal directly so that they can look into your account and advice accordingly.
