Sorry, we couldn't update your invoice. Please contact our customer service team for any queries. -- WHY?!

I am getting this error whenever I have to create invoice, the wrong one that I sent went through but when I try to send a new one I am getting this error. Please check since need to create several invoices for my clients.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
