My sale on zettle isn't showing up

I charged 2 customers cards on zettle and I have receipts for both, but only 1 is showing up on sales activity. I don't understand why.

Sorry to hear about the issue with PayPal Zettle. You can view all of your payments (cleared and not cleared) and transfers in the “Receipts” page within your PayPal Zettle account. Please try clearing cache/cookies and also try using a different browser or device to see if you can see the activity. If the issue persists, please reach out to our team through the available contact options at the bottom of PayPal page for additional assistance.
