Sending invoice

I noticed that Ukrainian can use paypal properly.

I have tried to send an invoice to the client in order to get paid.

But my account still says" your account may only be used to send money"

I am not sure why I can't get paid from outside of Ukraine

You can only accept friends/family payments in your country after the recent changes on your paypal accounts.

Unfortunately you still can't accept goods/services payments as per below link.

Also some countries don't have the option to send you friends/family payments as they are limited to goods/services payments.

You can't sell to buyers but friends and family in other countries can send you friends/family payments as long as they are in a country that supports that options.

Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.
