return on purchase with promotion offer

I had a purchase of more than 100£, in which I used Paypal credit. So, I received the 0% interest for 4 month on this purchase. However, I need to return one item from the order as it does not fit me, and if I return this item, the total balance now will be less than 99£. Will that affect the promotion offer ?
