Problem with shopping points

Hello. I used to use the paypa shopping cash back here

and i got points that then use them for cash. Right now i have 3000+ points but i am unable to redeem them. Also cant see the stores that have cash back with paypal. I can see them only if i use the search and find the store i want to use for buying. I am from Greece. Any help? Thank you.

I understand you want to pay with your reward points. Pay with Rewards will be available for eligible credit cards on eligible purchases. All reward redemptions are subject to your issuer’s reward program terms. To learn more about Pay with Rewards see terms and conditions.

Here it is what i get when i press at my points at the screen. I have already redeemed over 10000 points before some months but now i cant. I am from Greece. Thank you.
