I've been registered with Paypal for ages now and have paid in 3 instalments before but now when I try and access the service I'm being challenged for my address. Only the county field is unpopulated and neither 'Glasgow' nor, as was, 'Lanarkshire' are being accepted and because it can't find my address the service is denied me. Any suggestions about what can be done?
