I'm pleased to announce that PayPal is working with the US Federal Government to participate in the Paycheck Protection Program to provide access to loans for US merchants. This program helps small businesses cover operating expenses and keep employees on the payroll. I was able to payback my loan today.   Log in to your Loanbuilder account - click on "See Activity" link - click on "Pay Of"f button.  These steps will allow you to send an email to Paypal Customer Service.   It is best to add an additional sentence after the "I would like to payoff [your loan number]", it should say something like "I need to cancel this loan and return the funds as soon as possible."   I received an email response from Paypal the next day providing wire transfer instructions on how to refund the funds I received and cancel my PPP Loan.

I received the email saying to gather my info and I'd receive an email within the next day to being the upload into the portal. I opened up email today and have an email with a reminder saying to upload my info and don't forget the board resolution and articles of inc. NO link to portal was given to me. Help!

Same thing has happened to me, no link to a portal to load up any documents..so now what?  My other company got an email saying the application was denied because I didn't provide documents..hahaha..never got an email asking to load documents...Guess i will reapply on that one...

Pls help! I have not received the email with instructions on how to establish credentials for the online portal. I also did not receive a message that my org is ineligible. I would like to submit my documentation. Please advise.

Wish I could help. If anyone can provide insight on this issue, I would appreciate it. I was first asked to sign documents. Then those documents were voided. Then, I was getting a message that loan is being reviewed. Now it says I have no applications or loans at this time. I did not receive any notification that my PPP application was denied or anything of the sort. Has anyone experienced this? What was the outcome?

I applied through the regular portal where they pre-qualify you and I did not qualify. I do not have the best credit but i have been in business for years and I provide the only data recovery services in the state of Hawaii for smartphones and such. I line paypals pockets every month with business and have done so consistently for years it is not fair for paypal to turn their back us

I need instructions on how to pay back the portion of the PPP loan that I won’t use and I also need instructions on how and when AND WHERE to apply for forgiveness of the portion I will use. Who do I turn to? PayPal? Web Bank??

My guess is they won't take the money back for the 1st 6 months because of the deferral period. You could try and call the regular Paypal number to see if they can give you better guidance. Just google PP for the number.

I am in the same boat- if you find out how to pay back the loan please let me know- I've been on hold for 4 hours

I called PP on Friday and actually spoke to a live person! She let me know that the emails were went out accidentally out of order and that I should get a link to create an account etc. within 24-48 hours. That was exactly what happened. I hope it did for you too.
