Hi everyone,

I'm pleased to announce that PayPal is working with the US Federal Government to participate in the Paycheck Protection Program to provide access to loans for US merchants. This program helps small businesses cover operating expenses and keep employees on the payroll. I tried logging in at https://my.loanbuilder.com/ but keeps saying PayPal authentication failed, and there is no option to create a Loan Builder account.

I get the same error message when I try to log in to the link Paypal sent me via email.  Cannot upload docs at all.

I am having the same problem!  I received the email from PayPal saying they already sent the instructions on how to establish credentials on their online portal, but I never received that email.  Did anyone else receive those instructions?

Ok so I’ve had two issues with the process so far. First it was because my credit was frozen, and the issue I describe in this post. Both times I’ve called PayPal PPP support and left messages with the answering services. Neither time did anyone call me back, but my issues were resolved. Last night I received my paperwork to verify and sign online. If you are experiencing any issue I advise calling Customer Service and leaving detailed Information with the answering service. Hopefully our issue will be resolved quickly like mine.

@MrStarr @I can’t see the number you provided because the mod removed it but is it a number to get help for your ppp loan thru PayPal? I received the loan and want to give a portion back but I don’t know who, what, why or when. There is zero guidance on this from PayPal or Web Bank. Thanks.
