Anyone got any updates after submitting the documents?
I was actually able to upload all required documents in Loanbuilder and status went into "under review". However, when I login loadbuilder again, there is nothing there except "xxxx does not have any open applications or loans at the moment"
I appreciate everyone's feedback regarding the issues that they're facing. Thank you also to @littleshop for providing the information that they got. When I find out any more information, I will post to update.

@PayPal_Olivia Hello, I know you are overwhelmed with requests and I'm sure the system is too. I am getting very nervous about funding running out. I was invited to apply and I did right away. I went through a few pages of questions and it said it was successfully submitted and gave a splash page for Loan Builder. I logged in with my Paypal ID as I have no previous Loan Builder login and it's blank. There are no applications shown and no contact information. I've tried to submit another application thinking I did something wrong and it says it is successful but there are no options at all after that. I've called numerous numbers and left messages. No one calls or emails back. I have no idea if I am in a queue. I have received no emails at all from Paypal or anyone else about the request for documents. Meanwhile, people are getting immediate funding. I cannot express how dire the need for this funding is and I am trying to stay positive and patient but there is no communication whatsoever about the status and what to do next. Please advise!
I've been trying to upload my driver license to the portal but it does not work. I"ve tried numerous times using the proper file type and well below the size file but it just won't upload. I've tried .jpg and .pdf file formats. I upload and go back to check if it successfully loaded but it won't give me the green check mark. It just keeps asking me to upload DL. I've received an email requesting that I complete the DL upload in order to review my PPP application, but the link is not working properly.
We applied the moment we got an invitation but the portal is completely blank. A friend applied and sees a portal with five steps to upload information. I cannot get through to anyone by email or phone to find out what to do to remedy this.
I applied on Monday uploaded docs etc it stated application was received however when I log back in to track status the password I created does not work and I can even change it. Tried to submit another application however do not past the initial questions.
