Not able to send invoice.

When i try to send invoice to client i rcv this message: Sorry, we couldn't update your invoice. Please contact our customer service team for any queries. What could be the issue?

Ensure you’re not using the word “services” or any other potentially banned keywords in the “Seller’s Note to Buyer”  field.
