I need help with getting my money back

Using the website ShopTo.net , I decided I would use some of my money to order some things as you would normally do. Choosing my method of payment, I decided to do Pay in 3 instalment's. Bearing this in mind, I've done this multiple times on this particular website and no issues what so ever. On this occasion and after setting up Pay in 3 for this specific order it was apparent that there actually was no order / payment that went through and later found out multiple PayPal accounts or something was used even though this is the only email account I've used for this so even more confused.

 

My Pay in 3 Instalment's for this order is currently classed as Authorisation in Progress. I've tried all sorts on a way to cancel this and get my refund but nothing. The money is taken out my Bank Account and all I want is for the Pay in 3 to stop and more importantly my money to come back into my Bank Account. If anyone can help it would make my day , thanks so much 🙂
